3. Account Registration and Security

4.8. Payment History: Once logged in via Steam authentication, users can access a full history of their purchases in the Orders section of their account. Records include order date, item details, amount paid, payment status, and delivery status. Payment history records are retained in accordance with our data retention obligations and applicable law.
4.9. Card Scheme Compliance: Our payment providers operate in accordance with applicable card scheme rules, including the Visa Core Rules and the Mastercard Rules, covering transaction processing requirements, cardholder data protection, and chargeback and dispute procedures.

5. Order Delivery

5.2. User Liability: We are not liable for failed delivery due to invalid URLs or user-side bans.
5.3. Timelines: Delivery usually occurs within 7 days, but can take up to 14 days due to technical issues.

5.6. Eligibility Status: Your Steam account must remain in a trade-eligible state without restrictions.

6. Selling Items, Marketplace & Payouts

6.1. Compliance Review: Listed items must be correctly categorized and pass risk assessment.
6.2. Inventory Access: Items stay in your inventory until sold; you must transfer them exactly as instructed.
6.3. Platform Commission: A 10% service fee applies to every successful sale.
6.4. Direct Payouts: Funds are processed through authorized providers within 3–7 business days after delivery.
6.5. Financial Limits: Payout requests are limited to a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €5,000.
6.6. Risk Monitoring: Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or canceled for AML/KYC violations or suspicious activity.
6.7. Reversal Terms: Payouts may be reversed in cases of fraud, failed delivery, or invalid items.
6.8. Payout Accuracy: Sellers are solely responsible for the precision of their payout details.
6.9. Failed Payout Notification: If a payout fails or is rejected, users will be notified via the email address registered to their account and through an in-account notification within 2 business days of the failed attempt. The notification will include the reason for rejection where permitted by applicable law and compliance obligations.
6.10. Failed Payout Guidance: Where possible, guidance on corrective steps will be provided (e.g., updating payout details, completing identity verification, or contacting support). Users may view the status of all payouts, including failed or pending ones, from their account dashboard. If you believe a payout was rejected in error, contact our support team at info@dropgg.org with your account details and payout reference number.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

7.1. Withdrawal Waiver: Under UK Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon instant delivery of digital content.
